Meet Katie Tasman,
Founder & Health Coach

Hey y’all! I’m Katie, Louisiana born and raised, mama to four food-allergy warriors, wife to Rob, and the heart behind The Resilient Table. Around here, the kitchen isn’t just where we cook — it’s where we connect, solve life’s hiccups, and serve up real food with soul.

Our family dodges peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, and dairy — but not flavor. With creativity and a whole lot of Southern grit, I’ve learned how to turn down-home dishes into allergy-friendly feasts. As a health coach, I now help other families do the same: swap ingredients, organize food-safe kitchens, and embrace simple changes that lead to vibrant living. Because food should nourish the body and the spirit — no matter your diagnosis.
