Striving to empower confidence in managing food allergies & sensitivities. I support individuals and families who are learning — by necessity or by choice — to rebuild their lives around food allergies and sensitivities. A diagnosis can feel overwhelming, but it can also spark resilience and a renewed sense of confidence in navigating what comes next.

At Resilient Table, our one-on-one coaching program is a client-led, collaborative process. Through a process of self-discovery, you are supported in creating a personalized plan that is sustainable in your day-to-day routines.

As a health coach and mom of 4 sons with severe food allergies, I have been where you are. I know what it means to adapt with courage, to find your voice, and to create a life for yourself and your family that feels vibrant and whole. Your allergy, your children’s allergies do not have to define you — you can define the path forward.
