Hey y’all! I’m Katie, Louisiana born and raised, mama to four food-allergy warriors, wife to Rob, and the heart behind The Resilient Table. Around here, the kitchen isn’t just where we cook — it’s where we connect, solve life’s hiccups, and serve up real food with soul.

Our family dodges peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, and dairy — but not flavor. With creativity and a whole lot of Southern grit, I’ve learned how to turn down-home dishes into allergy-friendly feasts.
